YIELD: 1 cup (250 mL)
PREP TIME: 2 to 3 minutes
BAKING TIME: 8 to 10 minutes
1 cup (250 mL) organic cashews
1 teaspoon (5 mL) extra virgin olive oil, first cold pressed
1. Preheat oven to 375˚F (190˚C).
2. Mix cashews and oil together. Place in a 9 by 13 inch (3 L) baking pan.
3. Watch closely. The cashews roast quickly.
4. Remove from stove and allow to cool. Place in container and enjoy.
